At Aashatelier our courier is Royal Mail.

Free UK delivery is available on all orders above £49. Delivery cost within the UK is £5.99 and shipping worldwide is £19.99

Personalised orders should arrive within 1-2 weeks. Custom orders should arrive within 3-4 weeks. We offer a fast track service for those that are running out of time, see this on the product listing options.

 

Returns

Please note personalised & customised orders are non-returnable.

Orders that are made specifically for you cannot be returned. We ensure all orders are checked before postage. However, if there is a fault with your order, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a return. The item must be unused and in the condition in which it was sent to you.

Non personalised & customised orders are returnable

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Aashatelier. However, if this is not the case, we will refund an item you are unhappy with. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange your return. The item must be unused and in the condition in which it was sent to you.

If you would like to cancel an order

Contact us with your order number within 24 hours and ask for a cancellation. You will hear back from us confirming this cancellation.
