You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order

Items must be unused and in a resaleable condition

Important Information on Personalised Items

Please note that personalised or customised items are non-returnable. These products are made specifically to your requirements and therefore cannot be refunded or cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order.

 

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it and include your order number.
Once received, we will confirm whether the cancellation has been successfully processed.
