How It Works:

2. Our artists will design your embroidery for you to approve and revise if needed.

3. Once you are happy with the design, embroidery will begin.

Please ensure the image you upload is good quality so we can capture all the details. Don't forget to include any specific requests in the design notes box.

Embroidery Size: 

Motor embroidery: made to fit 7 × 10 inches.
Sleeve text: made to fit 1 × 2 inches

Hoodie Features: Set-in sleeve, self fabric lined hood, flat drawcords, kangaroo pockets. Medium fit, weight 280 GSM

Care instructions

Wash similar colours together on cold wash. Wash and iron inside out.

Delivery

Our courier is Royal Mail. Orders are delivered with tracking.

Delivery in the UK is free for orders over £49

International delivery is £20

Can I return personalised items?

Because each piece is made to order, personalised items are non-returnable unless there’s a fault. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Will I get to see how my order will look and can I make changes?

Custom orders will receive an email from us showcasing the design before embroidery. This is your chance to request any revisions.
