How long will my order take?

Orders are made and delivered in 3-4 weeks. Need it sooner? Add the “Fast Delivery” option.

Can I return personalised items?

Because each piece is made to order, personalised items are non-returnable unless there’s a fault. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Will I get to see how my order will look and can I make changes?

Custom orders will receive an email from us showcasing the design before embroidery. This is your chance to request any revisions.
